Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Brugg AG, as far as legally permitted.

Privacy

In short: This page sets no cookies, uses neither Google Analytics nor advertising tools and loads nothing from third parties. Fonts, videos and scripts come from our own server in Switzerland. I count visits only with your consent, anonymously with my own counter, without IP address and without a profile. What you do in the demo stays in your browser.

This statement is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP). Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) applies to visitors from the EU, I comply with it as well.

Hosting and server logs

The page runs on Microsoft Azure (Azure Container Apps) in the Switzerland North data centre in Switzerland. The contracting party is Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.; Microsoft processes the data only on my behalf.

When you visit, your browser transmits technically necessary data: IP address, time, requested address, the page you came from and the browser identifier. The web server writes them to an access log. It serves only secure operation and troubleshooting, is also stored in Switzerland and is deleted automatically after 30 days. I do not analyse it for statistics and do not link it with other data.

Microsoft belongs to a group headquartered in the USA. Access from the USA, for example by order of an authority, can therefore not be ruled out entirely.

No cookies

This page sets no cookies, neither its own nor third-party ones. On your first visit a short privacy banner asks whether you agree to visit statistics; «Reject» and «Accept» carry equal weight, and without a choice the counter stays off. You can change your choice at any time via «Privacy settings» at the bottom of every page.

Storage in your browser

So that the demo works without an account, your browser stores the following in local storage (localStorage), only on your device:

aa-lp-a11y-v1: settings under «Display» (text size, contrast, motion, colour scheme)
aa-lp-progress-v1: progress in the demo courses (lessons viewed, quiz points)
aa-lp-mycourse-v1: result of the sample under «Your material»
bw_einwilligung: your choice in the privacy banner (accept or reject), for 365 days
bw_zaehler_aus: only if you switched the counter off earlier; deleted once you consent

None of this is sent to me or to third parties. You can delete it at any time by clearing the site data for all-answer.com in your browser settings.

«Your material»

In the demo you cannot upload your own material. The button only processes a built-in sample text, directly in your browser; nothing is sent. Your own material is only possible in your own learning platform, with login.

Visit statistics (only with consent)

To see which pages are read, I count page views with my own counter, without any analytics provider such as Google Analytics. Counting only happens if you agree in the privacy banner. Before that and after «Reject», your browser sends nothing to the counter; the website works just the same without consent.

The counter also runs on Microsoft Azure (Azure Container Apps) in the Switzerland North region in Switzerland, at zaehler.main-skill.ch. With your consent, your browser sends with every page view:

the requested address without parameters and without the part after «#» (for example «/en/datenschutz/»)
on entry, only the name of the website you came from (for example «google.com»), never the full address
the width of the browser window; the counter immediately turns it into «mobile», «tablet» or «desktop»
the language of your browser (two letters, for example «en»)
if you arrive through a link with a campaign tag (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, e.g. from a newsletter or post): that tag
if you click an email address or phone number (for example «Let's have a talk»): the fact that such a click happened, as a goal, without the address or number

Only daily totals are stored. No cookies, no profile, no recognition; IP address and browser identifier are neither stored nor logged. Your IP address technically reaches the server with every connection, as with any website; it is used only for delivery and then discarded. Your browser only stores your decision (localStorage, 365 days); it is not transmitted. If your browser sends «Global Privacy Control» or «Do Not Track», nothing is counted, even with consent.

The legal basis is your consent (Switzerland: Art. 6(6) FADP; where the GDPR applies: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent is voluntary.

From then on nothing is counted. Withdrawal applies for the future; the existing daily totals contain nothing that can be traced back to you.

Contact

«Let's have a talk» opens your email program with a prepared text; nothing is sent until you confirm there. The mailbox admin@all-answer.com runs on Google Workspace (Google Cloud EMEA Limited, Ireland, or Google LLC, USA); data is therefore disclosed abroad. I use your details only to answer your request and delete them when they are no longer needed for that and no retention obligation applies.

Disclosure

I do not sell any data and do not pass it on, except to the service providers named here (Microsoft, Google) or where the law requires it.

Your rights

You can request information about your data, its correction or deletion, its release or transfer, and you can object to processing. A message to admin@all-answer.com is enough. You can also lodge a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU with the supervisory authority of your country.
